1. Acceptance of Terms & Relationship

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the MenuOps software-as-a-service application, APIs, or portals (accessible via app.menuops.io and related domains), you ("Subscriber", "Restaurant Partner", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lineflow Technologies Ltd. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a restaurant company, franchise entity, or hotel management group, you represent that you have the corporate legal authority to bind such entity.

2. Scope of Service & Operational Tenancy

MenuOps provides commercial food and beverage operators with multimodal menu digitization, pgvector-powered semantic search, automated regulatory allergen identification, staff micro-quizzing, and manager verification workflows.

Each subscribed restaurant organization is provisioned with a dedicated, cryptographically isolated tenant workspace. Lineflow Technologies grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for legitimate restaurant and kitchen operations.

3. Kitchen Food Safety & Allergen Disclaimer

CRITICAL FOOD SAFETY NOTICE: MenuOps is an administrative operational aid designed to accelerate menu information flow and flag potential allergens. Artificial intelligence extraction models are probabilistic. While MenuOps provides high-precision taxonomic analysis, the Chef, Restaurant Manager, and Food Business Operator maintain ultimate and non-delegable legal responsibility for guest food safety, allergen disclosures, and regulatory compliance under applicable food safety legislation (including the UK Food Information Regulations, EU FIC Regulation 1169/2011, and US FDA Food Safety Modernization Act).

The Manager Verification Gate is a mandatory procedural safeguard: restaurant managers must review, verify, and validate all extracted allergen matrices before relying upon them in front-of-house table service. Lineflow Technologies disclaims liability for cross-contact, supplier ingredient formula changes, or failure to verify allergen flags.

4. Proprietary Recipe & Data Ownership

You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all menus, proprietary recipes, chef preparation instructions, wine pairings, and training materials uploaded to MenuOps. Lineflow Technologies does not claim any ownership over your culinary trade secrets.

Lineflow Technologies will never sell, lease, or use your proprietary recipes or tenant data to train public foundation models or share insights with competing restaurant operators.

5. Account Security & Role-Based Responsibilities

User accounts are secured with Argon2id cryptographic hashing. Restaurant administrators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of staff and manager credentials. You must promptly terminate access for departed employees via the Manager Portal (/m) or Admin Console.

6. Subscription, Invoicing & Cancellations

Subscription fees for Starter, Pro, and Enterprise tiers are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Lineflow Technologies. Invoices may be paid via credit card or enterprise corporate wire transfer. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Lineflow Technologies Ltd, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, kitchen downtime, or regulatory fines, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
