01Cryptographic Multi-Tenant Database Isolation
Lineflow Technologies enforces strict logical and cryptographic multi-tenancy. Every restaurant workspace is assigned an immutable tenant identifier. All database transactions, vector embeddings, and operational assets are filtered through PostgreSQL row-level security policies.
No Cross-Tenant Contamination: It is mathematically impossible for search queries from Restaurant A to surface recipe vectors or staff information from Restaurant B.
02Argon2id Password & Session Security
User credentials are encrypted using Argon2id, the winner of the Password Hashing Competition and the industry benchmark for resistance against GPU/ASIC brute-force cracking.
Sessions use cryptographic, secure HTTP-only cookie tokens with strict SameSite configurations, neutralizing cross-site scripting (XSS) and cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vectors.
03AI Model Safety & Zero Hallucination Bounds
Unlike open-ended consumer chatbots, MenuOps uses tightly bounded RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines. The Gemini 2.5 vision and text models are constrained by prompt system instructions that prohibit speculative improvisation.
If a recipe component does not contain explicit allergen verification data, the system automatically marks it with an ambiguous warning and instructs floor staff to obtain manual verification from the Head Chef.
04Immutable Food Safety Audit Trails
Every change made to a menu, recipe ingredient, or allergen matrix is recorded in an append-only audit trail. When health and food safety regulators conduct hygiene inspections, managers can export verified PDF audit certificates demonstrating manager sign-off.
